The key competence in surface treatment
Here we present the field of plasma technology / plasma plants with plasma generators in detail. Get informed for example about plasma coating (PVD - coating) and other plasma technology treatments. Applications of plasma systems, in addition to plasma-coating are plasma-polymerization or plasma-cleaning.
Cleaning of surfaces by plasma-technology
Metals, plastics etc. must be free of contaminants. Here the plasma technology is helpful. Using the necessary processes of plasma-technology our plasma-plants create residue-free surfaces by oxygen-generator. This plasma-treatment is called plasma-cleaning.

- Precision cleaning - removal of fats, oils, oxides

Coating of surfaces by plasma-technology (plasma-coating)
Within plasma-polymerisation, a variant of plasma-technology, a homogeneous component coating can be created by plasma-coating. We offer plasma systems for plasma coating or PVD - coating.
Application:
- water-repellent coatings – hydrophobizing by plasma-coating
- water wettability coatings – hydrophilizing by plasma-coating
- insulating coatings, protective coatings, gliding coatings or diffusion barriers
Structuring of surfaces by plasma-technology
Our plasma-plants remove particularly targeted material which is converted into the gas phase and exhausted accordingly. Here, the efficient plasma-generator becomes effective. After the plasma-treatment, for example by means of plasma-structuring technology or plasma etching, the surfaces are very wettable due to plasma-technology.

- Etching of PTFE
- Pretreatment of high-performance plastics
Activating before painting of plastics or elastomers
By activating the surface with reactive gases, radical sites are generated, which are links to the paint systems. By this treatment a very good adhesion of the coating system is created. The criteria according to DIN can be met even with plastics which are difficult to paint.

- Pretreatment prior to printing
